**The role**:
Due to internal promotion an opportunity has arisen to join our team in Bella Vista as a Help Desk Analyst In this unique and varied role no two says will be the same - you will provide phone-based and remote IT support and troubleshooting for our digital and classic media assets (billboards, advertisement signage), liaise with internal warehousing and spare parts teams, schedule technicians for onsite repair and also engage external vendors to resolve the issue. You will also:

- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Manage the configuration and operation of software and services
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately according to SLA’s
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Install and test computer-related equipment

This role is Monday to Friday however you will be required to be oncall once a month based on a rotational roster in the team. After hours (6am-8.30am & 5.30pm-11pm) and weekends (7am-11pm) - you are only required to work if you receive a call.

**The Experience**:
2 years experience in a similar IT support / hardware break-fix role will set you up for success, along with:

- Networking knowledge (understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, networking protocols, switches / routers).
- Advanced knowledge in Windows Operating Systems and knowledge of AV Hardware and Systems required.
- Excellent organisation & time management skills and the ability to work across multiple projects at any one time
- Your problem-solving mindset, passion for customer experience and excellent communication skills will provide Unmissable level of service to oOh
