**The role**:
A rare opportunity has arisen to join our team in Bella Vista as a Trainee Help Desk Analyst During your initial 12 month fixed term contract, you will complete an online Certificate III in IT at TAFE (paid for by oOh) and be mentored and supported by our experienced team, to set you up for a flourishing career
In this unique and varied role no two says will be the same - you will learn to provide phone-based and remote IT support and troubleshooting for our digital and classic media assets (billboards, advertisement signage), liaise with internal warehousing and spare parts teams, schedule technicians for onsite repair and also engage external vendors to resolve the issue. You will also learn to:
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Manage the configuration and operation of software and services
- Monitor the system daily and respond according to SLA’s
- Install and test computer-related equipment

**The Experience**:
- You’ll have a background in customer service and pride yourself on going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- A passion for IT is a must - with good problem solving ability and analytical mindset.
- You are a strong communicator, an expert collaborator, and a dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- Intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT) is required.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Have a willingness to learn and grow in this exciting and fast-paced industry
