**About the Home**

Located in Walkerville, Walkerville Aged Care is home to 153 residents. Encompassing a friendly community atmosphere where family members and friends are always welcome. Located in the inner suburbs of Adelaide, 5km from the city centre and close to public transport.

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team on full time basis working across Monday - Friday.

This role will manage and complete a range of administrative duties to ensure the effective functioning of the Home.

Responsibilities will include:

- Working at reception (3 days on reception and 2 days in the office)
- Liaising with residents, their families and external providers
- Admissions
- Assisting with employee compliance
- Assiting with roster management
- Data Entry
- Filing; and
- Assisting the General Manager and the team with ad hoc administrative tasks

**About You**

The successful applicant must demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in Business Administration and Customer Service
- Aged care or health care industry experience (preferable)
- Experience with rostering processes
- Intermediate technological skills with the ability to use various systems including quality management systems, internal database and Kronos payroll system
- Strong organisational skills & ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Current Flu and COVID Vaccinations
