We need an organised and enthusiastic Property Management Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team of leasing consultants and property managers. If that's you, and you love a friendly and collaborative office atmosphere where achievements are recognised and rewarded, read on.
The Exciting Role
As the Property Management Assistant you'll be supporting our highly successful Property Management team with guidance from our superstar team leaders and leasing consultants.
Diving into the role of Property Management Assistant provides a great opportunity to learn everything there is to know about property management from the gurus in the game. Yep, that's the Boffo top-gun team of always-on-the-ball property managers.
**Your fast-paced day will look like this**:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Assist with the organisation of property repairs and maintenance
- Attend open inspections
- Screen rental property applicants
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords
- Undertake property inspections
- Help landlords and tenants to enjoy a stress-free Boffo experience
- Attend training and development sessions
- Smile and enjoy your day
**Your Skills and Qualities**:
If you have your Property Management Licence or are currently studying to obtain, we would love to hear from you
And if you have property management experience that's a bonus not essential because we'll happily train you in all aspects of the job description and our industry-leading procedural and technology systems.
Along with your Property Management Licence (or currently studying) you'll also have:
- A bright and cheerful personality and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong proficiency using technology and administration systems
- The potential to work effectively as part of the Boffo team independently
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- An understanding of excellence in customer service provision
