Customer Service Officer Walkerville

**HearClear Audiology** is a leading provider of hearing health care. We have an exciting opportunity for a people-oriented person to work in our Hearing Clinic in Walkerville.
**About the role**:
You will be the first point of contact in the HearClear customer journey and provide exceptional customer service each day. In addition to this, you will be involved in the general administration of the clinic, including appointment booking and claims management, reception duties, invoicing, processing and filing documents, and minor hearing aid repairs.
You will be provided with full training and support to ensure we set you up for success.
**This role is 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday) with the flexibility to cover annual and sick leave.**
**In addition to your motivation and desire to helping customers, you will need**:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexibility to cover leave of other staff members
- Willingness to learn basic repair and maintenance of hearing aids.
You will have a can-do attitude and understand the importance of creating and maintaining customer relationships with a predominantly older clientele.
Previous hearing or health related industry experience would be highly regarded, but not essential.
