As the Crew Lead for Engagement and Loyalty, you are a product strategist, digital thought leader, and methodical experimenter, passionate about creating exceptional experiences that drive customer loyalty and engagement.

You’ll leverage the latest technology to build digital features that enhance how millions of people access, manage, and invest their money, while rewarding them for growing their relationship with CommBank. **We’re looking for a senior leader with**:

- Proven expertise designing, developing, and delivering native digital engagement and loyalty programs, using best practices to engage and retain customers
- Strong ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders to deliver your product vision, balancing customer, business, and technical needs
- A data-driven mindset, interpreting insights to inform decision-making, with excellent communication skills to champion customer engagement and loyalty
- A track record of building and leading high-performing digital teams, simplifying complexity to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Experience in an agile, test-and-learn environment, with a passion for breaking boundaries and solving complex problems
