**Your Team**

Within Retail Banking Services (RBS) the Digital Domain drives the strategy and delivery behind CBA's market leading Commbank app, and its desktop asset Netbank, delivering an integral service and brilliant experiences to over 9m digitally active customers.

**Your impact and contribution**

The Crew Lead Digital Technology Enablement is a product strategist, digital thought leader, methodical experimenter, and a leader who is driven by a desire to create exceptional experiences for our customers.

You'll build the foundations that enable the broader domain to create digital experiences and features using the latest technology. Your foundations will underpin the features that determine how millions of Australians access, understand, manage, and invest their money. You will constantly push the boundaries to deliver outcomes that fundamentally shift the customer and developer experience. You will think strategically to find those hidden opportunities to unlock value for our people, processes, and technology.

Your passion for digital products, technology, and operations, and ability to solve complex problems will be the key to enabling our product teams to deliver higher quality and efficient experiences at scale. You have a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity coupled with the resilience and tenacity to see things through.

You have experience working in a fast paced, agile environment and use leading practices with an appreciation for the value of continuous delivery and user testing. You're the kind of person who thrives when given the autonomy to drive a product strategy - from conception, design, development, testing and release. But you're also passionate about being active in the broader digital community. **We're interested in hearing from an experienced senior leader with relevant skills and experience including:
- Proven expertise delivering innovative and engaging digital technology strategies, experiences, and programs, particularly in Financial Services.
- A track record building and leading high performing digital teams who see through complexity to drive simpler, and better experiences.
- Previous experience working in a test and learn environment. You are constantly thinking creatively and breaking boundaries to solve complex problems.
- Proactively provide day-to-day thought leadership and take action to cultivate a strong culture across the domain.
- Proactively provide foresight to help with the planning and product strategy of the digital domain.
- You can bring the organisation on a journey as we learn and use new technology stacks and frameworks to build experiences with great efficiency at scale.
- You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to make technology accessible to people at all levels of the organisation.
