Growing our Group Insurance business is one of Zurich Australia's top 5 priorities. The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.- The Crew Lead for Member Engagement plays a key leadership role for the Crew as well as playing an important part of the Group Insurance Leadership Team. They set the mission and priorities of the Crew and as leader of the crew, they are accountable for defining the cultural standards their teams work towards. They will provide business acumen, leadership and guidance for the crew, influence strategy and be responsible for delivering outcomes including financial, TNPS, and employee satisfaction.- This role will also play a key role in tenders for new business and relationships with key partners and be expected to present at conferences and participate in industry events.- Important to your success - let’s grow together- Experience leading and building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and developing and executing digital strategic vision/digital roadmaps for member and partner engagement.
- Digital Member experience, leading the design, UX, and CX across platforms.
- Experience across Group Insurance or Superannuation, preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels with influence and impact.
