**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Utilise a broad range of software programs and systems while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Enter data into appropriate departmental database and computer systems.
- Arrange meetings, agenda and minute preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and presentations.
- Provide accurate and timely document preparation and processing.

- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders through different communication channels.
- Contribute to the development of team objectives and recognise own role in achieving results.
