**CONSTANT** is currently recruiting for positions to support a major client in the safety and security of their customers.

These positions are on a casual basis and are based in an Incident Management Centre located in **Norwes**t**.

**Shift times**:
**10 hour shifts - Morning, Afternoon and Evening shifts across 7 days per week**
- Must be able to work across all shifts _

**Rates**:
**Monday - Friday (Day) $35.98**

**Monday - Friday (Night) $42.22**

**Saturday $50.37**

**Sunday $64.76**

**Public Holiday $79.15**

**Duties include**:

- To ensure Incidents are managed in accordance with standard operating procedures, and business expectations.
- Provide accurate, timely advice and communication on all incidents occurring within the business units.
- Monitoring and management of all alarms 24hrs 7 days a week.
- Full training will be provided._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compliance with OH&S policies, safe work procedures and practices.
- Provide effective and efficient service to business customers
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures to support business
- customers.
- Receive and manage calls from business customers and Emergency Services. Furthermore, update respective databases and escalate any matters accordingly.
- Management and monitoring of business alarms.
- Reported incidents are recorded in a prompt and accurate manner on the
- relevant system.
- Production of daily reports.

- Available to work a rotating roster (Days/Nights/Weekends); and additional shifts available
- Control room experience

**Applicants are required to possess the following**:

- NSW Security Officer Licence Class 1E or 1A is desirable
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
