The Workforce Allocator will be responsible for executing the agreed end to end priorities around the workflow and optimisation of our Advice line function. Working closely with our workforce planning team, you will be a data driven person who will be forecasting metrics across our Australian and New Zealand teams, as well as intraday planning. You will be responsible for monitoring, categorising and allocating tasks and resources for our services team to optimise efficiency. You will also be responsible for seeking and rostering volunteers for planned events as required. You will further collaborate with managers across the advice team and therefore communication and stakeholder management skills are vital. We are looking for someone that is data-savvy, takes a proactive approach to their work and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
