**Role Purpose**
We are currently looking for a Manager**:
- **Workforce Planning to join our team in Sydney. The role is to lead and control the end-to-end workforce management process including forecasting, scheduling, and rostering. Manage the centralised workforce planning team in Sydney as well as being point of contact for internal and external stakeholders inclusive of customer airlines.
**What you will be doing**
- Ensuring that accurate schedules are maintained and SLA's of the various airline customers are met through effective and efficient planning of staff and equipment resources.
- Provide planning for new business and contract renewals - analyse cover with business fit.
- Facilitate communication with AU & NZ user groups and support team.
- Escalate technical issues within functional team and software provider when applicable.

**What we are looking for**
- Solid understanding of planning and resource allocation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within agreed deadlines
- An ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver results, with strong analytical and project management skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and resources.
- An ability to consult, analyse information and create solutions to support collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.
