**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Officer working across both our Rivervale and Mandurah office, initially offered on a 12 month contract, with potential of extension tied to success of the project. We are seeking someone who naturally aligns with our culture and is connected to contributing to improved outcomes for our tenants.

The Tenancy Officer is to provide a person-centred tenancy management service for a portfolio of Housing Choices WA properties. Falling within the Supported Tenancies team, offering high quality customer service and ensuring compliance, and protection of the property asset, whilst operating within a supportive landlord model. The role will be responsible for the Central-Metropolitan through to the Peel regions delivering specialised tenancy management to individuals who have experienced rough-sleeping and homelessness.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of property management practices and principles, including the Residential Tenancies Act, inspection processes and property maintenance requirements.
- Experience engaging with vulnerable people who have experienced persistent homelessness or rough sleeping.
- Confident communicator, with demonstrated ability to interact sensitively and professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to follow and adhere to established processes and procedures and to work with good attention to detail.
- A current Western Australian ‘C’ class driver’s licence.
- Ability to take direction accurately.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and high work volumes without affecting quality of service delivery.

- Provide a current driver’s license and willingness to travel across Housing Choices’ locations, if and as required.
