**About the opportunity**

Fantastic opportunity for a skilled, charismatic, receptive, tradesperson to join our growing division Facilitate as a Service Administrator (QLD)

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Managing Field Schedules / services and incoming service requests.
- Communicating with customers and clients throughout the span of projects/contracts/ services.
- Data entry and reporting into CRM and IMS.
- Implementing new ticketing systems and processes as needed.
- Assisting in sales and marketing as needed
- Assisting field staff with enquires and requirements.
- Completing purchase orders and material orders for field staff.
- Efficient scheduling of resources and materials, avoiding potential conflicts and ability to fluently create backup plans.
- Create, assign, track, and complete work orders for service requests. Ensure work orders are accurate, complete, and updated in real time. Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the process
- Plan optimal routes for technicians to travel from one location to another.
- Manage and minimise job call back rates by ensuring that technicians have the right skills, tools, parts, and information to complete the job.
- Coordinate invoice processing and assist with overdue debt collection as necessary.

**Skills & experience**

**To be successful you will already have experience and a track record of success in construction maintenance or related industries and be willing to learn any new skills required.**
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motive and proactive about career growth.
- Ability to interpret and implement constructions drawings/plans/ and direction (desirable)
- Works well in a team and takes direction from management.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work with/learn job management systems or online job portals.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Willing to obtain a satisfactory national police check.

The following are regarded as desirable but not essential at commencement:

- Experience in Asset/Facilities/Property Maintenance (desirable).
- First Aid and CPR (desirable)
- Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain)

**Offer**:

- 38 hours per week, paid weekly.
- Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience.

Pay: $57,430.34 - $113,993.28 per year
