Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Warehouse Production Coordinator will bring together all aspects of the Lumination warehouse and production to ensure seamless delivery on our deployments and projects. They will be a passionate member of our team, excited to be an integral part of the customer experience and have an opportunity to deliver on innovative technology solutions.

**A day on the job will see you**:

- Sending, receiving and monitoring stock for our warehouse
- Packing and shipping Lumination’s technology intrastate, interstate and overseas
- Owning warehouse systems and structure to ensure a clean, safe and organised working environment and up-to-date documentation
- Coordinating multiple shipments and projects at a time
- Coordinating hardware configuration to ensure smooth Lab hardware delivery for our Operations team
- Proactively engaging with multiple departments to interpret project requirements, ensure delivery expectations are communicated and met, and all parties are informed of progress
- Assessing warehouse procedures for improvements and efficiencies
- Management and mentorship of the Warehouse Assistant positions, including, rostering casual hours for projects within budget where appropriate
- Management of the procurement process
- Successfully scheduling, planning, managing and completing production jobs, ensuring neccessary equipment is acquired and maintained
- Being proactive about identifying service delivery challenges and actively addressing any roadblocks as they arise, to manage client relationships and ensure quality is maintained
- Giving feedback to the Leadership team on successful deployments, system improvements and potential upcoming risks

**To impress us you’ll need**
- Experience working in a service delivery/warehouse/production coordinator role (previous experience working with technology is advantageous)
- Experience managing direct reports and working cross-departmentally
- Experience autonomously managing competing priorities
- An attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong organisational skills and ability to monitor multiple delivery timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to build strong team relationships and work autonomously
- The ability to obtain a Working with Children’s Check/s for the state you are working in
