Position Details
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a passionate **Customer Service** team member for our Transport Division at Edinburgh Park, South Australia.

The primary focus of this role is to contribute to a positive customer experience by developing collaborative relationships which support business growth.

**Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring positive customer interactions
- Timely and effective issue resolution
- Ensuring accurate customer data management and reporting
- Identify opportunities to build stronger relationships and grow customer activities
- Effectively navigate the organization to resolve customer queries
- Implementing effective controls to address recurring customer issues
- Support the team and business as directed by your Manager
- Follow practices and procedures regarding Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), HACCP and Approved Arrangement guidelines whilst also ensuring Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance
- Following and enforcing all food safety, quality and legality requirements

Ideal background and experience will include:

- Experience in a Customer Service or similar role
(industry experience is preferable)
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and
influencing skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS
