
Business Development Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aged care, disability, and healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, aged care facilities, and NDIS providers.
- Lead strategic business planning efforts to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate and secure contracts for staffing services, ensuring alignment with client needs and Villa Healthcare's operational goals.
- Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and marketing strategies to potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Villa Healthcare’s growth.
- Represent Villa Healthcare at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare, aged care, or disability sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare system, including NDIS and aged care funding models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong networking skills and a track record of developing long-term client relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving growth and profitability.
- Experience with CRM systems and other business development tools.
