About the Role

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will play a hands-on role in driving growth across Tasmania. This is a commercial role with a strong focus on sourcing and securing new business opportunities, while also strengthening relationships with key clients.

You will:

  • Manage your own pipeline from prospecting through to deal closure
  • Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and commercial proposals
  • Undertake yield management analysis to support pricing and revenue decisions
  • Report directly to the General Manager with insights, recommendations, and performance updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design tailored parking solutions that meet client needs

This role is ideal for someone eager to take ownership of driving new business, learn the commercial side of our organisation, with potential to progress into a senior development role.

About You

  • Commercially astute, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident in building relationships and influencing decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and proactive in sourcing new opportunities
  • Skilled in preparing reports, proposals, or financial models
  • Experienced in parking, property, or facilities management (preferred, but not essential)
