Business Traineeship – Reception & Admin

This full-time Business Traineeship is your opportunity to gain a Certificate III in Business while building real-world experience supporting a purpose-driven organisation that empowers people living with disability.

What you'll do:
  • Be the welcoming face at reception — greeting clients in person and over the phone.
  • Support the team with general admin tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Learn to manage competing priorities in a supportive team environment.
What you'll get:
  • A full-time traineeship through MRAEL and Interact Australia.
  • Earn while you learn — wages paid under the National Training Wage, plus 4 weeks of paid annual leave.
  • Ongoing one-on-one training, mentoring, and support.

  • Mature-minded, resilient, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using computers and common office software.
