What we are looking for:
As a valuable addition to our 3PL logistics business, you will have a deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics to lead us towards a more efficient, cost effective and optimized operation.

We are targeting someone that wants the challenge of problem solving, fixing, firefighting and ensuring we are on a strong path of improvement. Our warehouse needs organizing, a lot of planning and lots of restructuring of workflows. A hands-on leader, that thrives on a good challenge, and has experience in turning operations around to perform like a clock work operation.

Highly motivated and passionate about driving continuous improvement in operational processes, you will increase safety and boost overall efficiency. With advanced communications skills, you will be capable of clearly and effectively communicating with the directors and colleagues across the business to solve issues as they arise, devising solutions to meet customer and operational needs with speed and efficiency.

As a strong leader, you will also be experienced in building, motivating, and leading a team, to create a high performing workforce performing to KPIs, that is goal orientated and backed by safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and measure the effectiveness of logistics operations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Team Management: You will lead and manage a team of operations staff, including supervisors, warehouse personnel, and transportation coordinators.
- Process Improvement: You will continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Operations Planning: You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to meet overall company objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their logistics requirements, provide regular updates on operations, and address any concerns or issues.
- Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness: Staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the logistics industry is crucial.

Skills / Qualifications you will have:

- Minimum 2+ years in operations management
- Minimum 5+ Warehouse management
- Strong Communication
- Well-developed planning, analytical and organizational skills
- Experienced in problem solving.
- Great people skills
- Ability to establish strong relationships and team building capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Capability to maximize functionality of the inhouse WMS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
