**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:

- Oversee the scheduling and execution of hot water installation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with multiple installation teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical expertise in electrical and plumbing systems, troubleshooting installation challenges, and offering practical solutions.
- Deliver clear guidance and support to both field teams and management to resolve on-site issues effectively.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Develop, implement, and refine operational procedures and best practices for our installation processes.
- Monitor project progress, maintain detailed documentation, and generate regular status reports.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control measures.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary resources and materials.
- Liaise with management to communicate updates, address concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in an operations role, ideally within the hot water installations or a closely related technical field.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, with a track record of resolving technical challenges.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and lead multiple teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration across various levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of making informed decisions under pressure.
- Relevant technical certifications or formal training in electrical/plumbing, engineering, or related fields are highly desirable.
- Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 1 year (required)
- Plumbing: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
