Leidos Australia is the largest commercial supplier of intelligence services to the Australian Government and provides a number of critical systems integration projects to the Department of Defence. We also deliver service management, including service desk, for the Australian Tax Office, supporting 25,000 ATO end users.

**Job Description**:
**Your New Role**

We are seeking an experienced Asset & Configuration Manager to join our SACM team on our long-established ATO account. A proven track record in the management of CI classes, CIs, CI Mapping, Assets and other CMDB functions is highly regarded, and ServiceNow experience desirable.

In this role, you will join a team delivering CMDB governance, management and continual service improvement to the ATO’s multi-vendor environment - ensuring that the other ITIL functions can rely on the CMDBs accuracy to drive their processes efficiently.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Asset & CI lifecycle is defined, adhered to and refined as needed;
- The CMDB is accurate & up to date;
- ServiceNow is configured for asset and CI management;
- Management of CI classes, asset models, mandatory fields;
- Ad-hoc & monthly SACM reporting
- Standard configuration activities such as bulk loads, auditing & validation checks are done on a regular basis;
- Engaging & working with other Service Provider SACM staff to ensure their data complies with the policy & procedures;
- Standard governance activities under direction from the Service Delivery Manager
- Identifying & implementing continual service improvements to the SACM process & operations.

**Qualifications**:
**About you and what you'll bring**
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in a Configuration Analyst or Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) role;
- ServiceNow CMDB experience (desirable);
- ITIL V4 Qualified (desirable);
- Good understanding of all the ITIL Processes and how SACM integrates with the other ITIL Processes;
- Strong technical, logical & problem solving skills;
- Strong presentation, engagement & communication skills (written & verbal);
- Baseline clearance (desirable).
