With campus' in the Eastern Suburbs conveniently located close to public transport, you will represent ACESGroup by playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst keeping people and places safe.

- Concierge/Security Officer
- Patrol Officer
- Bus Driver/Security Officer
- Parking Patrol/Security Officer
- Please note: A valid NSW Security Licence 1A is required for all positions._

**Responsibilities and Duties Include**:

- Delivering excellent service performance standards whilst developing. operational efficiencies and improve performance
- Responding to workplace emergencies
- Site safety inspections and protecting users from security related risks
- Manage incidents to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Reduce risk and increase safety
- Responding to alarm activations
- Managing access control systems
- Maintaining data and security records including communication logs and comprehensive reports

**Essential Criteria**:

- NSW Security Licence 1A
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster across 7 Days
- Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence (Heavy Rigid licence highly regarded)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
- First Aid and CPR (current)
- Fire Warden (or willing to attain)
- Working with Children's Check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Reliability and punctuality
