**Duties will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Improvement of productivity through proactive management of staff (e.g. reducing overtime, reducing absenteeism. increasing punctuality)
- Assisting and coordinating the dispatch of services
- Improving delivery quality. Identifying and implementing effective delivery schedules. The role will also support the Route Planner/Transport Analyst
- Actively support the organizations' efforts to meet performance goals and plans
- Support the ongoing maintenance of both the facility and fleet through accurate reporting

**Preferred Skills, knowledge, and experience**:

- An ability to organize a dynamic workplace with strong problem-solving skills
- Have demonstrated experience in managing/supervising teams.
- Demonstrate high-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer literacy preferable in the Microsoft Office suite
- Have strong people management skills
- Be willing to learn all aspects of the business
- **Holding or has the willingness to obtain VIC Security Officers and Firearm Licenses**:

- Hold a current driver’s license (Medium Rigid preferred)
