Security Foot Patrols

**Role Overview**:
As a Customer-Focused Security Officer, you'll be crucial in protecting our clients' assets and properties while providing outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include patrolling assigned areas, managing incidents, and interacting with clients and visitors to ensure a secure and welcoming environment. This role demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to surpassing customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of premises.
- Maintain a visible and reassuring presence to clients, visitors, and staff, enhancing their sense of security.
- Respond quickly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for help, resolving situations effectively.
- Perform comprehensive security checks, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect properties for damage or intrusions.
- Engage with clients and visitors professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a cohesive security operation and adherence to company policies.
- Accurately document incidents, observations, and activities in written reports.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- NSW Security Licence 1A.
- Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills and strong technical curiosity.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional personal presentation.
- Reliability and punctuality.
