About The Role As a Career Coach you’ll embark on a journey that goes beyond simply providing tailored job creation services for individuals with disabilities
- you’ll be sharing lives. Your role involves empowering people to uncover their potential, provide for their families, and contribute to a building more inclusive community. Your daily responsibilities will include: - Initiating reverse marketing efforts to connect job seekers with businesses, resulting in sustainable employment outcomes. - Developing and implementing impactful marketing and employer engagement strategies. - Motivating and engaging jobseekers in suitable employment activities. - Maintaining accurate case notes and records while completing required documentation. - Establishing positive relationship with key stakeholders, including schools parent groups, employers and community service providers. - Navigating the Gold Coast by travelling across various sites. About You We’re looking for someone who embodies the following:
Proven experience in cold calling ,telemarketing and business development. - Demonstrated excellence in customer service. - Advanced communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Effective problem
