**Position Overview**
Community Care Links Services is seeking a passionate and reliable casual or part time **Employment Support Worker** to assist NDIS participants in achieving their employment goals. Your role will be to support individuals with finding and keeping meaningful work, helping them build confidence, independence, and skills for long-term success.

We are particularly interested in people with **previous experience supporting participants in job-seeking and job-keeping activities**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide on-the-job support to help participants **settle into and maintain employment**.
- Mentor participants to build confidence, social skills, and workplace independence.
- Assist with travel to interviews, training, or workplaces where needed.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and employment plans.
- Work collaboratively with employers, training providers, and families to ensure positive outcomes.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in **employment or disability support**.
- Previous experience in **job-seeking and job-keeping support** (highly desirable).
- Exceptional communication and mentoring skills.
- **Mandatory checks & licenses**:

- Blue Card
- Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Open “C” Class Driver’s License
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
