**Create your best future and join Westpac as an Associate Director, Relationship Manager - Consumer & Industrials (VIC & TAS)** **What’s the role?** Based in Melbourne, you’ll be a key relationship manager for a portfolio of major corporate clients across Victoria and Tasmania, each with turnovers exceeding $150M. You’ll work closely with senior decision makers (CEOs, CFOs & Treasurers) to deliver strategic financial solutions tailored to their business needs. This full-time role supports our Consumer & Industrials sector clients, within Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB). You’ll collaborate broadly with product specialists, analysts, and credit partners to deepen client relationships, enable business growth, and provide market-leading insights. The team is dynamic, the work is fast-paced and your pro-active approach to business origination and deep industry sector expertise will be valued and rewarded. **What do I need?** We’re looking for someone who’s commercially astute, relationship-driven, and ready to make an impact.
