Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.**The Opportunity**:

- Are you a visionary BI professional passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Join us as a BI Product Manager on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract and lead the charge in evolving our Business Intelligence capabilities into a future-ready, holistic solution. In this role, you will work closely with regional data engineering teams, business users, and Power BI developers to craft and execute a cutting-edge BI product roadmap that drives data-driven decision-making and enhances our analytics maturity.**Key Respondibilities**:

- **BI Product Strategy & Roadmap Development**: Create and execute a BI roadmap that aligns with our strategic goals, driving actionable insights and transforming BI capabilities.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with data engineering teams, product owners, and Power BI developers to deliver impactful BI solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- **Advanced BI Development**: Leverage advanced Power BI skills (DAX, SQL) and potentially Python or R to design and optimize BI dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
- **Agile Product Management**: Manage the BI product backlog within an Agile framework, driving continuous improvement through feedback.
- **Commercial Understanding**: Use commercial insights to ensure BI solutions deliver business value, driving growth and efficiency.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Advanced Power BI Skills**: Expertise in Power BI, including DAX and SQL. (mandatory)
- **Agile Experience**: Proven background in managing BI products within an Agile framework.
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- **Intellectual Curiosity**: The drive to challenge and innovate for better ways of working.
