**The Role**:
Reporting into the Claims Team Leader, based in Ventia’s Parramatta office, close to public transport we have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Claims Administrator to join the team for an immediate start.

As Claims Administrator at Ventia, you will work in a fast-paced environment.
- Review of robotics report and identify items to be released or rejected
- Update SORs for additional codes - confirm with team for accuracy if required
- Raise Claims Purpose Orders for no billable items
- Review uneventful forms and approve or reject claims
- Review and approve or reject invalid recall forms - follow up on overdue recalls
- Manage variations approval and adding codes of level 1 variations not requiring technical assistance/ contract input. Communicate outcome to the vendors
- Review confirmation report. Communicate with vendors advising rejected claims and follow up until items have been amended and released
- Liaise with contractors in resolving pending KPI20 orders

**About you**:

- The successful applicant will have:

- Minimum 1-2 years of admin experience
- MS Excel skills (Intermediate - Advanced)
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- SAP knowledge is desirable, not essential.
