The Contact Centre Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the leadership and management of the Customer Service function of Greater Bank. This includes supporting the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to ensure the consistent delivery of superior customer service. As Team Leader, you will support our onsite and remote Contact Centre Consultants with relevant coaching and mentoring as well as providing assistance to team members to meet the needs of customers interacting with the Contact Centre.

- Experience in managing, coaching, and motivating a team to achieve their goals
- A confident communicator who can work collaboratively across different teams
- Previous experience in Financial Services within a sales or service role would be highly regarded

- Lead, motivate, coach and support a team to deliver a first-class service to customers
- Ensure all team members have the knowledge, skills, and motivation to operate as efficiently as possible, building on their abilities and confidence
- Coach and develop team members to ensure that they are equipped to optimise the customer experience, resulting in great customer satisfaction,
- Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of best practices
- Complete regular 1 to 1’s, call monitoring and feedback sessions with your team
