The Payroll Team Leader is accountable for delivering effective and efficient payroll operations ensuring appropriate payment, disbursement, checking and reconciliation procedures are in place. You will have 3 direct reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Regis Payroll operations and services
- Provide meaningful reports and analysis
- Implement and monitor effective Payroll processes and controls
- Demonstrate leadership to achieve a safe, compliant living and working environment

**About you**:

- Has worked with large ERP systems in the past
- Has managed a small team before
- Has experience in large volume end to end payroll
- Chris21 and Time Target Experience preferred but not a necessity
