We are looking for an experienced leader to supervise and develop a team of collaborative payroll professionals.

**About the role**
As Team Leader, Payroll Solutions you will be responsible in leading and supervising the end-to-end payroll process for the Parliament of Victoria. Working with a team of payroll professionals you will lead and maintain a customer focused team committed to proactive stakeholder engagement.
You will also provide authoritative, timely and accurate advice and information to both employees and stakeholders across the two Houses of Parliament, Members of Parliament Presiding Officers, Executive and Senior Management, Parliamentary Officers, Parliamentary Advisers and Electorate Officers and Stakeholders on employee services matters, including payroll on-costs, superannuation contributions, payroll tax, leave liabilities, FBT reporting and WorkCover premium processes.

We are looking for an energetic individual with previous experience in leading, and delivering payroll services, who can provide excellent customer service, advice and support in the delivery of team as part of a highly collaborative client-focussed culture across the People and Capability Unit, with a strong commitment to a proactive business model which values networking and partnership
- The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll procedures.
- A thorough knowledge of payroll legislation
- An ability to understand complex employment agreements or perhaps Experience with Collective/Enterprise Agreements
