In this pivotal role, you'll act as the Executive's eyes and ears, seamlessly connecting critical business information. You'll become a trusted partner, helping to deliver on key business priorities. As a key member of our Delivery Division, you'll provide efficient, professional, and confidential support, bringing order to a fast-paced environment. Leverage your exceptional administrative, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to achieve outstanding results and make a significant impact.

**About You**:
You are an experienced professional with a proven track record of supporting a senior executive. Highly organised and a strategic thinker, you excel at anticipating needs and solving problems logically. Your natural preference for communication and collaboration, combined with your passion for excellence and ability to juggle priorities, makes you ideal for a dynamic work environment.

You are focused on solutions and results. Integrity and confidentiality are your hallmarks. You demonstrate initiative, respond proactively, and are dedicated to getting the job done.

Adaptable and detail-oriented, you manage conflicting priorities with ease. You can effortlessly shift from working autonomously to closely collaborating with staff across the organisation.

Your experience and essential qualities:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, planning, and organisational skills with a continuous improvement focus
- Exhibit sound judgment with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
