Services includes early intervention and therapy, support coordination, group recreation and skill development activities, individual in-home support as well as parent support and education, day activities, housing, and support for adults as well as children in out of home care.

**About the Role**
The HR Project Coordinator role has been created and is responsible for providing support and coordination with implementation of our HRIS Employment Hero, including supporting ensuring we have clean data extraction and uploads and working well with our Payroll, Finance, ICT and HR team to extract data.

This role will also support all our HR systems including JobAdder and amend policy, procedure impacted by the introduction of an HRIS and develop guidelines and training presentations to support and educate employees accessing the system. The position will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining a system of monthly reports and ad hoc producing other required reports.

Operationally the position also coordinates the HRIS Performance Appraisal process, HRIS Benefits and supports generalist HR Administration for the Executive Manager.

**Key responsibilities include;**
- Provide effective coordination of the HRIS ensuring effective communications.
- Develop, maintain and update relevant policy and procedure and guidelines.
- Develop and provide training in relation to the HRIS.
- Effectively coordinate with other departments data extraction ensuring accurate data for uploads to the HRIS.
- Develop, prepare reports and set up regular reporting process from the HRIS system to management.
- Provide HR generalist support for the Executive Manager and team.
- Other HR Projects as required.

**Requirements;**
- Tertiary or Diploma Qualification in HR or significant generalist HR experience.
- Experience in a similar role and a passion for HR and HRIS systems and knowledge and preferably experience of implementation.
- Ability to liaise and ensure thorough communication ensuring engagement along the journey of implementation with key persons
- Excellent generalist knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, benefits
- Able to prioritise and coordinate to the project deadlines.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy.

This position will be highly involved in the implementation of the HRIS over the coming months. After the implementation is complete the role will focus on policy and procedure, HR administration as well as other projects.
