- Display a thorough understanding of best practice approaches to Teaching and Learning
- Demonstrate ability to lead a LOTE department
- Victorian Institute of Teachers registration (or eligibility to gain)
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant Visa
