**ITALIAN TEACHERS WANTED IN MELBOURNE (ADULT AND CHILDREN CLASSES) FOR TERM 1 - 2025**

CIS (Centre of Italian Studies), is one the largest Italian school outside of Italy.

We are seeking dynamic and energetic teachers for adult and children classes to join the school from Term 1 - 2025 commencing Jan 28.

The successful applicants will possess well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills and thrive as part of a team. They will also need to demonstrate that they can create and maintain a fun and stimulating learning environment for students.

WE WILL ACCEPT ONLY CANDIDATES WHO LIVE IN MELBOURNE, PREFERABLY WITH A PERMANENT RESIDENCY.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a teacher, you will follow the strong communicative approach that permeates all our courses. You will follow a course but will need to demonstrate the ability to plan and deliver these programs in the classroom. You will be required to teach both groups and individuals.

**THE SCHOOL**
CIS Educational has been running Italian classes for adults and children in Melbourne for 45 years. Located in the heart of Carlton, it is the perfect place to soak up the Italian atmosphere and be part of the Italian community. CIS has been at the cutting edge of language teaching both as a school and as a publisher, having produced some of the most successful courses for both children and adults.
- Posses an excellent level of experience in the Italian language teaching;
- Be Italian mother tongue or have an excellent command of the Italian language;
- Have effective classroom management skills;
- Demonstrate passion for teaching as well as for the Italian language and culture;
- Provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia for at least 1 year.
