We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Information Management Coordinator to join our team in Canberra. In this pivotal role, you will help drive organizational efficiency by developing frameworks for knowledge retention, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and managing essential information assets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze complex data sets to support decision-making and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Maintain consistency and usability of information across platforms while staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Develop and implement knowledge retention strategies, including policies and processes.
- Introduce and optimize tools for efficient management of processes and policies.
- Predict future sales trends and assist in planning and resource allocation.
- Organize agendas for strategic meetings and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Guide on commercial, legal, and risk-related issues to senior management.
- Manage digital and physical collections of data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Preferred Qualification: A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis.
- Strong understanding of business environments and strategic processes.
- Skilled in using analytical tools, software, and platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in strategy development and process improvement.
