**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join our dedicated operations team in Mitchell. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management, coordination, and delivery of projects on time, in full and on budget.
- Main duties include:_
- Maintaining project records and documentation
- Preparing and update reports for internal and external stakeholders
- General site management and coordination with the support of the field leaders
- Coordinating sub-contractor engagement and documentation
- Associated financial administration such as preparing progress claims

You will enjoy working as part of a team and get a kick out of delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.
- Key Selection Criteria:_
- Demonstrated project coordination experience, ideally within the construction sector
- Ability to work as part of a team and support both office and field based workforce
- High level of planning and scheduling skills
- High level of IT proficiency, computer literacy, MS Office Suite
- Degree qualifications (civil, mechanical, construction management or project management) is beneficial but in no way essential
- Ideally you will have exposure to rail/road culverts, wastewater, stormwater and potable water networks and / or pipeline rehabilitation.
