**Mitchell, ACT**

Work for a national company who focuses on career progression and investing their time into your career with them. This position would be full-time work while being in a registered Australian Apprenticeship program - allowing you to complete a qualification while you work.

Learn all about sales within the building industry and how their business operates, as well as key information about the products your customers come back for coordinating with the internal sales team and supporting the sales reps with order processing, customer service and learning the dispatch process, quoting, client follow ups and much more is what your day-to-day would look like.

**The traineeship will include the following**:

- Customer service
- Processing sale orders
- Learning about timber, hardware and other building products
- Stock control/checking
- Maintaining sales related documentation
- Complying with WHS requirements
- Completion of a Certificate III in Business to Business Sales (24 month training contract)

**All we ask is that**:

- You're committed to completing a qualification and working full-time
- Have good communication skills
- Have a keen interest in developing your skills in sales and customer service
- Good with computers, typing and attention to detail
- Previous cutomer service experience or some construction experience is _advantageous_

Prior experience or qualifications in sales is not essential we are keen to hear for those eager to learn and develop
