**The opportunity**
Due to an internal movement within QBE, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Team Coordinator to join our Workers Insurance, Nominal Insurer Business.
Reporting into the Head of Nominal Insurer, your primary focus in the role will see you providing administrative support across the team and working closely with the Nominal Insurer Leadership Team.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Attend and actively contribute to meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Triage and action IT related requests
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and take minutes
- Diary management
- Prepare reports and provide executive summaries
- Manage multiple inboxes
- Manage and process financial accounts and banking
- Processing travel and accommodation bookings
- Mail management
**Your story so far**
- Previous experience within an administration support and/or personal assistant roles along with excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Able to handle business sensitive information at upmost confidentiality
- Experience in workers compensation highly regarded but not essential
- Highly developed attention to detail, initiative with strong planning and time management skills
- Strong IT literacy with a particular emphasis on being advanced in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You are self-motivated, pro-active and a confident communicator
