**How will I Help?**

The Team Coordinator role will provide support to the Business Control, Monitoring and Remediation Leadership Team and their team members. As a key member of the General Manager (GM) Operating Office, you will work closely with the Leadership team and EA and Business Manager to the GM, BCMR.

You will be a self-motivated person who needs little supervision, you will be pro-active, highly organised, and adaptable. Your experience and organisational skills will help support the business grow and achieve its goals.

you will provide professional administrative support in the following areas;
- Coordination of travel arrangements and accommodation (when allowed)
- Initiation and coordination of all employee movements (including documentation, technology set-up, security access and stakeholders liaison for new entrants, transfers, separations and desk moves)
- Coordination of team meetings, booking meeting rooms, organising equipment/refreshments
- Business wide communications, including coordination of fortnightly newsletter
- Arranging payments/reimbursements and reconciliations through WEAPS and p-card
- Support EA with coordinating marketing activities and client events with Marketing (as appropriate)
- Process Lawcadia invoices as received from Relationship Managers
- Ongoing communication with RMs and Finance Department in order to reconcile Lawcadia Invoices and ensure invoices are re-imbursed by client.
- Arranging deliveries, couriers
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and office equipment
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
