Laundy Hotels are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team in our newly opened French Restaurant. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, with options for either part-time or casual hours, up to 30 hours per week.

Bistro Red Lion by Manu is located within the iconic Red Lion Hotel in Rozelle. Our Bistro has undergone a stunning renovation to unveil a vibrant Fun French concept. Nestled on the second level with a charming balcony, our French bistro blends French flair with genuine Aussie hospitality.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, as the Restaurant Supervisor at The Red Lion, you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including coordinating staff schedules, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in leading, coaching and developing the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Monitoring inventory, cost controls and budgets to optimise financial performance
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Actively contributing to the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling any guest inquiries or concerns
