**Corporate Finance: Client Management & Execution (CME)**

Corporate Finance is responsible for all financing activity in Corporate & Institutional Bank (C&IB). We manage the balance sheet for C&IB, while providing financing solutions for our customers across diversified sectors. Our Client Management & Execution (CME) Team partner Client Coverage and Product Specialist teams with the aim of driving business growth and efficiently delivering an excellent experience for clients.

**The FSA - Funds & Sponsors** team is closely aligned to C&IB’s Bank for Investor and Infrastructure strategies, providing innovative fund level financing, markets and transactional banking solutions to some of the world’s largest domestic and global Fund Managers. The team supports one of Australia’s largest Funds Finance Sponsor portfolio’s, with a substantial and growing presence in North America, UK and Europe, specialising in Investor Recourse/Subscription finance, Net Asset Value/Hybrid and liquidity lending facilities.

**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and experienced Associate to join our Corporate Finance team - focusing on the Funds sector within Corporate & Institutional Banking.

**Further responsibilities will include but not be limited to.**
- Manage and oversee portfolio reporting for Funds Finance, ensuring compliance with processes and deadlines
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external portfolio reports, presenting data accurately and effectively to stakeholders
- Manage various workflow streams between CME Funds, Portfolio Management and Technology
- Conduct research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge.
- Attend internal and external stakeholders’ meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes

**What you will bring**:

- Excel skills, PowerPoint (medium to advanced).
- Experience in automating data processes and working with NAB data
- Time management tools and techniques to ensure work is delivered in the time required.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to pick up concepts and systems quickly.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to examine data and identify elements causing issues.
- Credit skills gained in a related field (ideally 1-2 years)
- Tertiary qualified with degree in commerce or finance and/or post graduate degrees or relevant disciplines will be highly desirable
