**The Company**

My client is a successful Insurance Brokerage which pride themselves on providing the best solutions and top services to their clients.

The team is looking for someone with a claims background across mixed lines, with an emphasis in commercial property, to manage the claims space in the team. Manage a portfolio of insurance claims and clients, predominately in the commercial property, motor, liability and financial lines spaces.

**The Role**
- Manage a mixed portfolio of insurance claims, including complex commercial claims.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in a market facing role.
- Work closely with brokers and provide technical claims knowledge across the business
- Work on a growing portfolio of claims with key clients spread nationally.
- Advocate for the claimants in negotiations with insurers. Lead and drive claims space for the business whilst working closely with brokers.
- St Leonards location
- Salary dependant on experience between $90,000 - $120,000 + super.

**You**
- Experience managing commercial property (including ISR and Business Packs) crucial. Experience managing mixed lines of claims (including motor, liability, property or fin lines) strongly desired.
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team
- Process or detail orientated with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with key clients a necessity.
