The way we work continues to evolve and at Zurich we are committed to creating ways of working that ensure you are helping to create a brighter future.As the Group Claims Team Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and leadership of a claims operational team. You’ll motivate and develop a team of claims assessors and inspire and empower your team to reach their goals as you coach and mentor them to constantly improve our customers’ experience. You will drive a culture that delivers employee satisfaction and organisational success and role model the Zurich values and behaviours.
In addition, you will manage the team KPI’s, escalations and complaints, and relationships with key fund stakeholders, providing monthly operational updates, reporting and trend analysis.
- Important to your success - let’s grow together- Previous Life Insurance Claims experience, operating in a senior level role.
- Strong leadership and a high level of ability to motivate staff to achieve personal and business objectives.
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence and build rapport with others and to effectively impart specialist knowledge and build capability in others.
- Complex problem-solving skills to support recommendations and escalations.
