Over the 30 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services, with more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

A newly created position within our National Claims team, based in Altona North. Ideally, seeking an individual with great skills in investigating vehicle damage claims, reviewing damage photos, liaising with stakeholders to establish a resolution for the customer. Role is suited for someone that has held a similar position within a Motor Vehicle Insurance company and looking for a change or alternative in a similar role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Register and manage transit damage claims
- Validating and arranging investigations including determination of liability as required
- Provide accurate and timely claim response
- Liaising and negotiating repair costs with various stakeholders
- Claim analysis and reporting
- Coordinating with stakeholders regarding transit damage claim settlements and rejections
- Actioning payment and settlement of validates transit damage claims
- Providing administration support to the Risk-Claims department as required
- Actively contribute to team goals, supporting positive working environment

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to deal in high pressure and challenging situations
- Data accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong customer service values with a client first focus
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
- Effective time management, self motivated and disciplined
- High level of administration and clerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in general insurance claims preferred
- Proven Customer Service experience
