**Position Overview**:
The Franchise Performance Coordinator plays a vital enabling role within the Franchise Performance team, providing dedicated support to the Head of Franchise Performance, as well as other key roles. This position is designed to enhance team effectiveness through administration and coordination of projects and initiatives and day-to-day operational assistance. The Franchise Performance Coordinator ensures the team can deliver high-quality support to our franchisees and drive operational excellence across the network. This is a dynamic, hybrid role suited to an energetic, highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn. The role contributes directly to the success of our Anytime Fitness brand and franchise network by creating efficiencies and supporting process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Team & Operational Support_
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Head of Franchise Performance, National Franchise Performance Manager and Strategic Business Partner
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of team materials
- Assist with documentation and maintaining team resources e.g. business reviews, reports, club audits
- Process Improvement_
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce duplication
- Assist in embedding new processes within the team to improve effectiveness
- Stakeholder Engagement_
- Provide operational updates to the team and broader business
- Assist with maintaining and updating reporting, dashboards, and other team systems
- Liaise with other departments (e.g. IT, Central Operations, Compliance) when system issues or updates are required

**Experience and About You**:
- Currently undertaking or recently completed tertiary studies in Business, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Prior experience in administration, coordination, or systems support advantageous
- Demonstrated passion for the health, fitness, and wellness industry
- A strong interest in franchising and business operations is highly regarded
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems or reporting platforms is a plus
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful, with solid problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
