**Pacific English Study **(PES) is an English Language College located in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.

We are looking for an outgoing and bubbly additional member to join our busy **reception/administration team who also has basic maintenance experience.**

The role is to support our great team of teachers and international students.

The successful applicant must have:

- A native-level of English with excellent writing skills.
- Australian Citizenship or permanent residency;
- A self-starter with high _attention to detail and ability to multitask_ who is able to respond quickly to issues that arise without constant supervision.
- An out-going personality who loves to meet and greet new people;
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new programs;
The role includes, but is not limited to:

- fulfilling student queries and requests.
- answering telephone queries.
- file keeping.
- answering international agent requests.
- organising the registration and allocation of student textbooks.
- supporting teachers who require assistance with class resourses.
- responding to maintenance issues that arise on school campus.

The hours are from 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and flexibility to cover evening shifts if required.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- No weekends
- Overtime
