Do you care about your career path? As a result of an internal promotion, we are now on the hunt for the next best Senior National Account Manager to join our Sales team, driving service excellence to our QSR channel of Tip Top. Reporting to Head of Foodservice, this role will require the analytical agility, customer savvy and business systems acumen to maximise total enterprise value with our customers.
Teamwork and collaboration are critical to success in pivotal, working cross functionally with internal stakeholders specifically Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations to manage and monitor customer specific strategic and tactical plans.
As a key member of the broader management team, you will also have input into the future development of sales and marketing ideas and activities — this is not just a ‘boxed' National Sales Manager role, you will have the freedom to voice your creativity and commercial ideas where you can really make a difference.
About You
- Proven experience within the account management space, preferably in FMCG/QSR related industry
- Consistent track record of problem solving - taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying
- Commercial and financial awareness along with the judgement, and skill, to identify, negate and take commercial decisions, often under pressure
- Interpersonal skills and high personal credibility
- Successful record of delivering results and continually demonstrating a sense of urgency
- Strong customer centric focus to identify opportunities
- Highly organised individual with good planning skills and the ability to lead projects across different categories both internal and external via different departmental functions.
